The Sports Centre reserves the right to alter timetables when
necessary.
On-line bookings are available to those members who hold
a current membership card. (except Dolphin and Juniors)
Bookings can be made between 9.00am and 10.00pm daily. Only one booking
per activity per Member can be made during the period 9.00am and
10.00am per day. A maximum of 4 on-line bookings can be made per Member
per day. Only one
booking per time slot can be made. Up to two successive courts can be
booked 'back to back'.
On-line booking for all activities is closed 30
minutes before the activity start time (except for badminton and
5-a-side Football where the time is 60 minutes). The availability is
shown as 'past'. To book within this time please call reception 01256
326331.
Ensure you print a confirmation as proof of your
booking.
You will be asked to show your membership card when attending the
centre. You must pick up a ticket from reception and make a payment if
necessary. Failure to present your card to reception when required
may delay your entry.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation
of an activity otherwise, if the space cannot be relet, the activity fee
will be charged. Cancellations can be made by telephone (01256 326331), in person to Reception
or by email to
cancelbooking@sportscentre.org.uk. If you use email please ensure
you include your name, membership number, activity and date and time of
activity. The full fee will be charged for 'no-shows'.
Because of the nature of the Internet, data that is
provided by you may pass through any location - including countries
outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and by using the website you
consent to the transfer of the data.
The Basingstoke & District Sports Trust Limited reserves the
right to close or prohibit
the use of any facility. All monies paid in respect of a booking cancelled in
accordance with this condition will be refunded, but the Trust will not be
liable for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained directly or
indirectly arising from the
cancellation.
